My name is Chuck Casamento, I am the owner and operator of the Casamento Painting Company. A brief overview of my company: I am an Illinois State University graduate, class of 2004. I started the company under the name Undergraduate Decorator Pros, or UDPROS in the summer of 2001 between my sophomore and junior year. This is my 20th year running my company and we have grown into a full service residential painting, remodeling and restoration contractor. My goal is to provide the best quality painting, restoration and remodeling at a reasonable price as well as be #1 in customer service and satisfaction.

My company name, at first discouraged many clientele; the name was perceived by few as unprofessional because of “Undergraduate”. I have been trained in the process of painting and staining since I was very young. Growing up, my father owned and ran one of the largest painting and staining companies in Illinois. I gathered as much knowledge as I could from him at about age 9, until I was 20. To support myself through college, I took the knowledge that he had given me and started my own company. I spent the first few summers on smaller projects such as staining decks and fences and gradually worked my way to staining large homes, working for major general contractors and earning the business of local commercial customers. About 12 years ago, I introduced drywall installation/repair and post-fire and flood restoration and reconstruction. We have performed a vast amount of these projects over the years and have built solid partnerships with other local General Contractors through our reputation of quality, responsive work.

I understand the vast amount of competition in the painting, restoration and remodeling industry and that is why I have made it a top priority to be the best through unique customer service as well as be experts in the entire process.

For example, when my customers call for an estimate, we respond immediately and provide a competitive estimate the same day many times, or the following day. We are timely and proficient during the quote, providing explanations of the process of completing work desired and answering all questions and concerns honestly and thoroughly. From there, the contracted work is done in an efficient time frame. My employees are professionals. Each employee with decades of experiences in their craft. We are clean, neat and offer warranties on all services provided. Because we use quality products and have confidence in our work, I am one of the only contractors offering a 3 year warranty on almost everything we do.
